 Come see why our girls feel safe, supported, and empowered at Unshakable She. From our compassionate staff to our welcoming environment, every detail is designed to feel like home — a place where healing begins and hope thrives. 

Unshakable She provides residential behavioral health care for adolescent girls and young women ages 8 to 21 who require a therapeutic, structured living environment to address emotional and behavioral challenges. Our program is designed to promote healing, stability, and personal growth in a safe and supportive setting.

Unshakable She is licensed under the guidelines of the State of Missouri and accredited by the Council on Accreditation to provide residential services for Care Levels II and III. 

Once an application is submitted, our Admissions Coordinator will review the referral packet in detail. Admission decisions are based on a variety of factors, including the alignment of the applicant’s needs with the services offered at Unshakable She, current program availability, the information provided by the referral source, and the individual’s overall fit within our therapeutic environment.

Within 48 hours of receiving the referral, Unshakable She will contact the referral source by phone to confirm whether the applicant qualifies for admission. For those who meet the criteria, we offer pre-placement visits to the prospective resident. Upon acceptance, a specific admission date and time will be arranged to move forward with placement.
